The way that decisions are made is often a long way from how they should be in a proper democracy. We have "arrogance-based decision-making" rather than "evidence-based decision-making" due to an attitude of "we're in power now, so it's our turn to do whatever we like".

We need a revolution in the way that decisions are made.
